Supported by British Cycling, who will encourage their membership to support the team, throughout the World’s most famous bike race.

Following their very impressive performances in 2022, the team received invitations to all the key 2023 UCI World Tour Road Cycling events - including their second invitation to the prestigious Tour de France Femmes, which takes place from Sunday 23rd to Sunday 30th July 2023. The eight days of racing will cover a total distance of 956km, with a challenging grand finale in the French Pyrenees, including the legendary and iconic Col du Tourmalet.

Lifeplus-Wahoo is encouraging cycling fans to #EmbraceEveryMoment and join the team in celebrating and raising awareness for the second edition of the relaunched Tour de France Femmes by making 10,000 GCN+ passes available for anyone in the UK to claim for FREE. Lifeplus-Wahoo aims to inspire the next generation of female riders and cycling fans

This initiative has been made possible through the support of the team's key sponsors, Wahoo and the holistic wellness brand Lifeplus. Both sponsors are dedicated to capturing the stories of these incredible races and sharing them with a broader audience for both their inspiration and enjoyment. Lifeplus-Wahoo are racing and training with the full Wahoo ecosystem - KICKR Smart Trainers, SPEEDPLAY POWRLINK Pedals, ELEMNT BOLT bike computers, ELEMNT RIVAL Watches, TICKR heart rate monitors and Wahoo X apps (SYSTM and RGT).

Lifeplus-Wahoo have also adopted the ‘Lifeplus Foundation’ as their leading charity, whose summer fundraising project is to raise money and provide clean water for Bishop Sulumeti Girls Secondary School in Western Kenya. More details on the cause and how you can donate are available

Malcolm Vincent, Lifeplus MD said: “We’re thrilled to be part of this initiative, merging our core values of inspiration and impact with the passion for cycling. With Lifeplus-Wahoo choosing Lifeplus Foundation as their leading charity, it means we can expand our efforts and create an even greater impact. Having clean water at school will not only be life-changing for health and attendance, it will give the students back the time they need to focus on their education and future goals. This partnership embodies the essence of Lifeplus, as we strive to inspire people and make a meaningful difference in the world. Join us on this incredible journey as we pedal towards a brighter future!’

Tom Varney, General Manager at Lifeplus-Wahoo said: “We’re so excited to be bringing this campaign back again for the Tour de France Femmes in 2023. #EmbraceEveryMoment really is a team mantra of ours, and we want viewers to join in on the action with us, and enjoy every minute  of the race - plus to inspire them to get out on their bikes.”

The team will take seven riders to the Tour, including two British riders - Natalie Grinczer and April Tacey.

The FREE GCN+ passes are available for the full eight days of the Tour de France Femmes and can be redeemed at any time between 23/07/23 and 30/07/23.
