Our new brand

We’re not changing our identity, we’re owning it.

A branding exercise goes deep into the psyche of a business. It is not a fluffy bit of copy and a clever bit of design. For it to have impact it has to be built from the ground-up, on the foundations of who you are and what you stand for. So, we’ve been digging.

Since Fusion started in 2008 we’ve been growing and changing. There’s been some learnings along the way, of course, but one thing has always been clear to us: why we’re doing this. This “why”, to us, has outstanding clarity and has been the cornerstone of our new brand launch.

If you remember us from our days in the basement, or the shed (we like to think of this as our teenage years - there are a few photos we’d rather not see again) you’ll see we are now slicker and more polished. But we will never let go of our activist spirit.

Who are we? Fusion is the agency for movers

Our goal is to move people and get more people moving. We are a global marketing and PR partner for cycling, running, active travel and adventure brands. Since 2008 we’ve helped brands be different, with purpose and humility. We are small enough to be agile, responsive and flexible. But big enough to deliver results and spark change.

We have an activist spirit

We activate new audiences. We shift perceptions, provoke thought, and inspire action. Within brands, consumers, and the wider world. We are enthusiasts, sector specialists and passionate activists. We’re movers on the streets and shakers in the halls of power. That means being out on runs and rides speaking with new audiences, and being at the table with stakeholders and policy makers.

We live our values

Don’t worry, we’re still in touch with our teenage side – we’d never want to lose the ability to dream big and be spontaneous or disruptive. There will always be a part of us which when we are told ‘you can’t’ will say ‘watch us’.

Be different

If you fit in, you’re replaceable. We’re here to push, pull and challenge. A little bit of discomfort is a necessary part of growth. No grit. No pearl.

With purpose

Being different is good. Being different with a purpose is better. Every idea and action stems from our goal to move people. That goal impacts our approach to diversity, sustainability and community.

With humility

We’re open, fair and respectful. We’re human and you can expect us all to act like one - in a good way. We aren’t marketing bots or AI, we’re real people with intuition and empathy. And if we forget we have the jargon jar (like a swear jar, but for jargon, obviously).

And keep the fun

We still make time for the important things in life. We are always ready to crack a beer or a laugh, join you for that run or bike ride or take you up on the challenge of an adventure.
