Canine colleagues - Fusion’s office dogs

Dogs make businesses better. Discover how a  ’bring your dog to work’ policy is benefitting our office culture.

Dogs make businesses better, and that’s a fact backed up by research

Bringing your dog to work has  ‘positive impact on social cohesion, a feeling of community, and an increase of the information exchange.’ But that’s not why we bring our dogs in. Yes, we might get a bit more exercise with a dog to walk, feel less stressed with a pooch to stroke and yes we tend to interact more and be more creative when our furry friends are around. But the real reason we bring them in is they are all very good boys (and girls).

Meet the pups powering our productivity

Vanessa & Milo

Milo, Head of ‘Puplick Relations’, instantly brightens the work day of everyone in the office by greeting you at least two times and providing excellent fur distribution throughout the day. His boundless energy and huge smile have never made him fall short on belly rubs.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Miles & Peggy

Peggy, the feisty and crippingly cute Jackpoo is not a frequent office companion - owing mostly to being terrified of the train, London and life in general - however when she does grace Fusion Towers, she is a friendly, playful companion for all office tasks. She gets bonus points for being small enough to sit under the desk and stare at your lunch. Go on, give her a little bit!

Chris & Cairo

Cairo in the office is many things, sofa-stealer, lunch companion and loud but ineffective guard dog (unless you are particularly susceptible to being licked to death) to name a few. For me I love having him in the office as it helps me start my day better by walking him in or popping him on the cargo bike and going to the gym on the way over.

Having him there also makes sure that I take myself away from the screen(s) a couple of times a day to stretch out, get some fresh air and process some of the internal chatter more effectively. It’s not often I come back from a walk with him without a new idea or plan to progress a project.

Kitty & Riley

Riley is one of the older dogs in the office - but you would never be able to tell. Spritely, despite his age, he is the perfect office dog, spending most of the day asleep (until someone gets their lunch out and then they have a new best friend).

Even though he has a fear of escalators and isn’t a big fan of the London tube, he is always excited for a day out and loves other people’s company.

If you are a dog-lover, there are four good reasons to come and have a chat with us at Fusion! (We also have plenty of dog-free space for those less fond of our four-legged friends).
